High Quality Custom Embroidery
Embroidery Technique
Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn. This technique involves stitching patterns, designs, logos, or text directly onto garments or textiles, creating raised, textured visuals. Embroidery can also incorporate materials like beads, sequins, and metallic threads to enhance the design. Embroidery is known for its durability, professional appearance, and ability to produce intricate designs. It’s commonly used in corporate apparel, uniforms, hats, and sports gear, and is ideal for adding a high-quality, long-lasting touch to any garment. Below described various methods of Embroidery.
Regular Embroidery
Embroidery, art of decorating material, primarily textile fabric, by means of a needle and thread (and sometimes fine wire). The basic techniques include crewel work, needlepoint, cross-stitch embroidery, and quilting, as well as quillwork and featherwork.
Applique work Embroidery
Applique work is a basic thread and needlework in which fabrics cut in different shapes and sizes are sewn together on a large base fabric to form a pattern or design. It is commonly used for decoration as patchwork, on garments. This technique is accomplished by hand embroidery or by machine.
3D Embroidery
3D embroidery is a technique similar to standard embroidery whereby your design is set up within a special file format called a DST file. We will use this file and the running sheet to tell our machines exactly how it should be embroidered to ensure a perfect finish.
Chenille Embroidery
chenille embroidery is also called towel embroidery. Senile embroidery, colloquially called “sugar”, is a kind of special loop or chain embroidery, made of yarn, not of ordinary embroidery threads – polyester or viscose. Thanks to the use of yarn instead of thread, this method of embroidery makes the pattern visually thicker and more convex.
Distress Embroidery
Distress embroidery is a technique used to give embroidered pieces a worn or vintage look. Non-stretch fabric or cotton twill fabric used for distress embroidery. Cut the design or font on the CNC machine then attach the cutting pieces to the product with the help of glue and stitching arround. Rub the fonts outside of the embroidery stitch for a distressed look
