  • Preparation: The cotton fibers are spun into yarns. The yarns can be either combed (removing short fibers for a smoother, stronger yarn) or carded (less smooth but more economical).
  1. Knitting
  • Machine Setup: Circular or flat knitting machines are set up based on the type of fabric to be produced. Circular knitting machines are typically used for tubular fabrics like T-shirts, while flat knitting machines are used for wider fabrics like blankets or fabric panels.
  • Knitting Process:
    • Weft Knitting: This is the most common method for cotton fabrics. In weft knitting, yarns run horizontally across the fabric. Common weft-knit fabrics include jersey, rib, and interlock.

Dyeing and Finishing

GARMENTS WASHING PROCESS AND THEIR KINDS FOR VINTAGE LOOK


Stone Wash: This process involves washing garments with pumice stones or enzymes to achieve a faded, worn-in look. It softens the fabric and gives it a distressed appearance.

  1. Acid Wash: Acid wash involves treating denim with chlorine-soaked chemicals to create a bleached, marbled effect. It was popular in the 1980s and is known for its unique patterns.
  2. Pigment Wash: In pigment washing, garments are dyed with pigments rather than traditional dyes. This results in a softer, more faded color that resembles a worn-out look.
  3. Garment Wash: This is a general term for any washing process applied to finished garments to soften them, remove excess dye, and enhance comfort.
  4. Enzyme Wash: Enzyme wash uses enzymes to break down fibers and soften the fabric. It is commonly used for denim to achieve a worn-out look without the harshness of stone washing.
  5. Sulfur Wash: Sulfur wash involves treating garments with sulfur dyes, which can create a range of vintage-looking colors from subtle to deep tones.
  6. Sun Fading: This occurs naturally when garments are exposed to sunlight over time, causing the fabric’s color to fade unevenly.

    8.    Tie-Dye: Tie-dye is a traditional textile dyeing technique that involves twisting, folding, pleating, or crumpling fabric and then tying it with string or rubber bands to create patterns. The tied fabric is then immersed in dye baths or colors applied directly onto specific areas.

CUSTOM GARMENTS STITCHING PROCESS

          1. Design and Pattern Making
  • Design Concept: The process begins with the design concept, which includes sketches and technical drawings of the garment.

3. Fabric Cutting and Printing
  • Laying Out Patterns: Patterns are laid out on the fabric, ensuring efficient use of material and alignment with the fabric grain.
  • Cutting: The fabric is cut using manual or automated cutting tools. Precision is crucial to ensure all pieces fit together correctly.

4. Assembling the Garment
  • Sewing: The garment is assembled piece by piece. The order of assembly can vary but typically follows this sequence:
    • Joining Main Pieces: The main body pieces (front, back, sides) are sewn together.
    • Adding Sleeves: Sleeves are attached to the armholes.
    • Sewing Seams: Side seams, shoulder seams, and other necessary seams are sewn.
    • Attaching Collars and Cuffs: Collars, cuffs, hood and other details are added.

Cotton Fleece Fabric is a luxuriously soft fabric with a deep pile for better insulation quality. This material can be knitted or woven, but always incorporates the use of napping to create a fluffed surface. Because of its distinct insulation properties, Fleece Fabric is mostly used for seasonal wear.

Fleece fabric is a thick fabric used for making sweatshirt, hoodies, tracksuit, jogger and shorts. we have fleece fabrics with a different type of gram/sq. Meter requirement, you can select from a readily available fabric list, or you can decide your own customized gm/sq. Meter of the fabric as per the requirement of your clothing line you can select 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, or blended fabrics like 65%Cotton and 35% Polyeste, 80% cotton and 20% polyester With 250 to 500 GSM; we can also create customized jersey fabrics as per your need if your ordering quantity is higher than a specific quantity. Fleece fabric is most commonly used with worn items in a cold environment, and therefore people usually like to decide the weight of the garment to be heaviest. Polar fleece is a soft napped insulating fabric made from a type of polyester called polyethylene terephthalate or other synthetic fibers. Other names for this fabric are “Polar Wool,” “Vega Wool,” or “Velo Wools.” Despite names suggesting the product is made of natural material, polar fleece is 100% polyethylene terephthalate.Polar fleece is used in jackets, hats, sweaters, sweatpants,gym clothes, hoodies, blankets, and high-performance outdoor clothing.
